• Act as a liaison between Sony Corporation of America (SCA), Sony Electronics Corporation, Japan (SEC), and research Vendor to communicate timeline, deliverables, adjustments, implications, etc.
• Ensure the project is on schedule and communicates any changes that need to be made to the timeline for optimal results.
• Provide conflict resolution to any issues that may arise during the project.
• Ensure that SCA & the Vendor has all the necessary information and resources to complete the project.
• Provide feedback during each project iteration of the study to improve the next research phase.
• Monitors the progress of participants throughout the study.
• Report technological issues to SEC so the participants can continue the study as seamlessly as possible.
• Redline and negotiate contracts between all parties.
• Work with the Vendor’s Project Coordinator to align contracts and ensure appropriate parties’ signatures are provided before the study begins.
• Ensure all parties are compensated for their contribution to the study.
This project focuses on testing the usability and acceptability of Sony WF-L900 LinkBuds, along with the new software functionalities designed for the product. It evaluates the experiences and opinions of the target audience—Gen-Z Spotify listeners—while using the product and its latest features based on the study guidelines. The ultimate goal is to develop an effective messaging strategy tailored to reach the target users before the product's global launch.
